She was not pushy at all, like in other places, but she was always available and happy to help. I must add that we did not buy car impulsively, which required a couple of visits to the dealer and a few days to make up or minds. Mark, very knowledgeable and friendly, help us with everything during the process. All and all, great experience so far.
